Meadowood Centre is managed by the Meadowood Management Committee made up of local community members and all volunteer their time, and are passionate about serving their local communities to have a thriving, connected community.

Irina Lyanguzova - Chairperson/Treasurer
Irina initially joined us as Treasurer from 2015-2021 as Treasurer and as of 2024 is now serving as our Chairperson. Irina has a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure the accounting procedures are robust and transparent. Having received her Masters at Auckland University in 2016 as well as holding numerous lecturer positions teaching in this area, Irina is a valued coach and provides valued guidance and direction for our committee. As well as having long standing knowledge of Meadowood community and operations to bring as the Chairperson.
Trinny Maddison - User Group Representative
My name is Trinni Maddison, married to a Scottish English man, with 3 kids and 5 grandkids. Originally from the Phillipines, finished tertiary education with a Degree in Bachelors of Science in Education, PE Major. Has achieved a Diploma in Business Management, HR Discipline through Unitech. Currently working as a Relationship Manager in one of New Zealand's major banks. Been working the financial industry in the past 25 years. I spend my free time giving back to the community, through volunteering regularly with the Auckland Rescue Helicopter, holding Community Zumba classes after work hours, and finally as a Dance choreographer. I help to promote and preserve the Filipino culture through Filipino dance performances to various audiences in New Zealand. Being a new committee member of Meadowood Community Centre is another way of that I can give back to the community.
Alena Ivanova - Committee Member
Alena has been part of the Meadowood Centre as User Group for many years now, she has a vast array of skills and talents. Alena has run the Russian Orthodox School for many, many years and is a qualified counsellor as well.
Amrita Sahay - Committee Member
In 2021 we welcomed Amrita onto our committee as a valued member and from 2022-2024 Amrita was elected as our Chairperson and has since passed the batton over to Irina Lyanguzova. Amrita has a passion for the community, serving also as a volunteer for special needs children, along with being a talented IT Engineer in the banking sector. She always gives 100% and has valuable input in all areas.
Brian Livingstone - Committee Member
Brian is a avid photographer, giving us a wonderful helping hand at our Christmas events as our family photographer, he has also worked for a number of years in Auckland council so is well versed in how to work with the wider community and what's needed to get the job done.
Siobhan Magee - Committee Member - Creche Contact Service Person
Siobhan joined our committee in 2024 as the Creche Contact Service Person. Siobhan has 3 children who are half Tongan, healf NZ European and attend the local primary school, as well as the Creche. In 2013 Siobhan graduated with the Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching and after returning from an OE also setup her own Cleaning Company. Our family love to get outdoors, visit parks, playgrounds in the area and spend time with family and friends. There is something special about a true sense fo community in your neighbourhood and I look foward to representing the Unsworth Heights Community as a committee member.
Ania Migdalek-Jablonksa - Committee Member
In 2022 Anna became a committee member with Meadowood, serving her term then leaving to have her second child and in 2024 has returned to us. Ania is passionate about the Unsworth Heights community and serving her community to leave a legacy for the generations to come.
Sian Bonner- Centre Facilities Manager
Sian is our new Centre Manager in late 2023 and is a great connector with all of our user groups and unsworth community, Sian brings with her a passion for people, togetherness, exhortation and just loves bringing people together. Sian has worked successfully in the Gulf Harbour region in bringing the community together, alogn with with our Trusts and surrounding businesses. We are very lucky to have Sian bring her knowledge, passion and experience to the Meadowood Community.
Valma Wills - Creche Manager
Since 1998 Valma has managed Meadowood Creche with exceptional skill and has built a strong sense of community with the numerous creche families that have come through Meadowood Creche. Valma has a strong passion for children and for the wider community, ensuring that every child receives the opportunity to learn and grow, with the support of the long standing teaching team.
Sara Visser - Accounts Administrator
Sara has been with Meadowood since 2015 and brings with her over 27 years of Office Management experience. She has a vast range of skills and expertise ranging from administration right through to cashflow management and beyond. She is very skilled in strategic planning and process development and is a bit of a 'jack of all trades' and thoroughly enjoys improving all facets of operational and front facing processes.

David Ding - Committee Member
David's successful track record is a testament to his extensive knowledge of the North Shore property market and his ability to develop targeted marketing strategies. Having experienced many different property cycles during his time in the industry, david also has a in-depth understanding of market trends.
David is well respected within his local community and enjoys supporting the Meadowood Community House, especially with the yearly events that they host during the year.
Stefan Rodrigues - Committee Member
Stefan was also welcomed at our 2021 AGM onto our committee. Stefan brings with him great financial knowledge as a financial and business advisor and is excited to serve his community as a member of the committee.

Rinesh Raj - Committee Member
Rinesh works as a CNC Programmer and has over 5+ years of work experience in Mechanical Engineering. Rinesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Graduate Diploma in Operations and Production Management, and Graduate Diploma in Project Management. Rinesh has a strong passion to contribute to the community. During his free time, Rinesh enjoys playing squash, guitar, mountain biking and spending time outdoors with his mates. His friends and colleagues describe him as jovial, outgoing, eager to learn and proactive.
